Darrion Hutcherson was considered one of the top tight end prospects in the southeast when he signed with Auburn out of Dadeville High School (AL). In fact, Hutcherson was ranked the 14th best tight end prospect nationally. Two years removed from those days, signing day approaches once again and the talented Hutcherson is getting ready to make the call.
Darrion Hutcherson had some bitter sweet moments while watching the BCS National Championship game. The former Auburn Tiger was happy to see his former teammates do well, but he was also left with the feelings of what might have been. Now looking for a new four year home for the remainder of his college career, the next time Hutcherson sees Auburn it will be as an opponent.
