Kansas State coach Bill Snyder promoted Blake Seiler to coach defensive ends on Friday, one day after wide receivers coach Michael Smith was lured away by Arkansas. Seiler spent the past two seasons as a graduate assistant after playing for Kansas State from 2004-06.
