Former Oklahoma QB Rhett Bomar has enrolled at I-AA Sam Houston State, a move that will allow him to play this year. He still must wait for to be cleared by the NCAA eligibility committee, but since SHS is not I-A he can suit up this year. He has three years of eligibility remaining.
