Michigan Basketball: Wolverines dismantle Nebraska

The Michigan Wolverines (18-7, 8-4) picked up a rare road win against the Nebraska Cornhuskers (11-12, 3-9) on Wednesday night by way of a 62-46 final score. Michigan outscored Nebraska 21-4 during a halftime-interrupted run to steal the momentum and suck whatever little life the ‘huskers had completely out of the team.

ScoutTV: Deon Hollins Jr.

It's understandable why the Nebraska Cornhuskers have laid an offer out to this Texas product. Deon Hollins Jr has the makings of a great rush defensive end.

Nebraska Cornhuskers Season Review: Cornerbacks

The season began for the Nebraska cornerbacks in not so good fashion, when they learned that Alfonzo Dennard would be out for the first few games with an injury. It ended nearly the same, with Dennard getting kicked out of a game for fighting with South Carolina receiver Alshon Jeffery. In between, the Huskers had their good moments, and their not so good moments. The season started...

Fyfe an intriguing prospect at QB

Ryker Fyfe's decision to walk-on at Nebraska won't be the most high-profile decision in the final days before signing day, but it certainly is intriguing. More so than most walk-on QBs anyway. Why? Because, technically, he's listed as a "pro-style" QB. You don't see many of those coming out of Nebraska. And, lately, you don't see many of those coming...

What Does Nebraska Basketball Need to Do?

Nebraska basketball has been downright awful for a few seasons. They have not been to “The Dance” since 1998, a figure that Doc Sadler is desperately trying to fix. Unfortunately for the Huskers, the lack of consistent wins is what has doomed them these past few years. Nebraska is soon to open Pinnacle Bank Arena and the new Hendricks Practice Facility that will bring...

Nebraska Cornhuskers Nab Juco Cornerback Mohammed Seisay

Nebraska’s secondary received some good news this Christmas break, as a top junior college cornerback has officially committed to join the Huskers for the upcoming season. After the departures of Prince Amukamara and now Alfonzo Dennard, Nebraska’s secondary had a few question marks. This should help clear those up. Mohammed Seisay is a 6’2″ and 200 pounds...

Nebraska Cornhuskers Early 2012 Outlook

After a bummer of a bowl game for Nebraska, it’s time to look ahead to what 2012 could off the Huskers. After a season filled with many ups and downs, it is going to be a tough off-season, especially with how it ended. Hopefully they use this game as motivation to work harder and improve. The Huskers schedule will not be any easier next season. A non conference schedule has...
