Vanderbilt bowling had a good start to its spring season at the Northeast Classic over the weekend, an event hosted by Sacred Heart. The Commodores finished as the runner-up in the event, falling in the event championship to Jacksonville State.
Vanderbilt men’s tennis had itself a great Saturday on the road against Northwestern. Vanderbilt went to Evanston, Illinois and took down the Wildcats 6-1.
In a thrilling college basketball contest between the defending national champion in No. 19 Florida (13-5, 4-1 SEC) and No. 10 Vanderbilt (16-2, 3-2 SEC), it was the Gators who got the last laugh.
