Lance Armstrong, the seven-time Tour de France cycling champion, won his second Half Ironman triathlon in 2 weeks, breaking the course record on the Kohala Coast in Hawaii by six minutes. Armstrong finished in a time of 3 hours, 50 minutes. He completed the 1.2-mile swim in 23:22, finished the 56-mile bike ride in 2:01:46 and ended the day by running 13.1 miles in 1:22:30. Oh, by the way, he's now 40 years old.
