Bill Clinton is a big fan of Big East basketball — or at least he used to be. Earlier this year, he took in the last “old” Big East Tournament from the stands in Madison Square Garden — and after Louisville won the tournament, he made his way to the locker room to take some ridiculous pictures with the Cardinals. Today, he went to Twitter to express that he misses the old Big East already: Things @GovChristie and I agree on: Investing in disaster preparedness is critical, and we miss the old Big East. pic.twitter.com/4ehM8W5lmJ — Bill Clinton (@billclinton) June 15, 2013 Now, assuming he’s still a big basketball fan, which conference will he be spending his time watching in the future? We do know that he’s buddies with Rick Pitino, so he could be switching over to ACC ball once Louisville joins in 2014. Or, John Calipari may be trying to pull him in the direction of the SEC. Either way, Clinton isn’t alone — we are missing the old Big East already too.
