Three years after an extremely intrusive video of Erin Andrews was shot in a Nashville hotel, she is seeking retribution. The most popular ESPN sideline reporter of all time has filed a lawsuit seeking $10 million for what took place in the West End Marriott in Nashville, Tennessee. Michael Barrett, a Chicago dirtbag, attached a video camera to the peephole in Andrews' hotel room door and secretly taped her in the nude.

The video was later posted online and quickly went viral. Despite Andrews' attorney's hard-pressed efforts to cease and desist sites posting the video, it still lingers. Barrett was convicted in 2010 and is currently serving a two-and-a-half year sentence in federal prison for stalking.

The suit contends that Andrews suffered an invasion of privacy, negligence and infliction of emotional stress. She is seeking $6 million from the West End Marriott for negligence for telling Barrett that Andrews was at the hotel and then giving him the room next to hers. The other $4 million is sought from Barrett.

According to The Tennessean, the hotel has declined comment on the lawsuit, but Marriott spokesman Jeff Flaherty told the paper, "We updated our guest registration procedures to further enhance guest privacy."

In other words, Marriott already has their pocketbook open and is ready to pay.
