Prior to the start of the 2013 Daytona 500, the fine folks over at NASCAR enlisted the help of actor James Franco to tell drivers to start their engines.
Instead of the normal, "Drivers start your engines", Franco decided to add a little nod (or diss) to female NASCAR driver Danica Patrick with his announcement:

There will be plenty of people that will be upset that James Franco singled Danica Patrick out like this when he was giving the order for the drivers at the Daytona 500 to start their engines. It almost seemed like Franco was suggesting that Danica wasn’t a real driver and shouldn’t be included with the rest of the field when announcing her. It will be interesting to see...
