As noted before, WWE will be presenting a December 15th Rolling Stones concert on pay-per-view. Word is that WWE has been wanting to sell their ability to put on non-wrestling live events for some time but Rolling Stones concert promoters actually contacted WWE about the new deal.
WWE was asked to participate after the success of WrestleMania 28 and after proving that they can turn live events into moneymakers through pay-per-view.
