Max Verstappen claims he’ll leave F1 before turning 40 to ‘experience’ different racing series

The 26-year-old claimed that he would bid farewell to F1 well before his 40s and go on exploring other forms of motorsport. However, there is still a long way before his retirement and he is expected to be at the top of his game for several years to come.

Max Verstappen claims he is determined to continue winning

Despite his attention being drifted away by other motorsports, the Dutchman’s heart still belongs in F1. Moreover, the Red Bull driver has claimed to be more determined than ever to stay at the pinnacle of the standings and enjoy the dopamine rush achieved by winning races.

Verstappen claimed that he still cares about winning and is not in F1 for the sake of it.

Verstappen admitted that he gets angry every time he makes a mistake that could have been prevented. Moreover, if such mistakes cost him wins, then he blames himself for it. This proves that he still craves the feeling of winning and is not racing just to make money.

Apart from this, Verstappen is expected to be racing with the Austrian squad in 2025. However, with Adrian Newey leaving the team, there is a chance that he could end up in Brackley.
