Mike Tirico Offers Rave Review Of LA's Roster
USA TODAY Sports

Your Los Angeles Chargers are looking to ride the winning wave this upcoming Monday in a primetime matchup after picking up their third win on Sunday Night primetime, a 30-13 shellacking of the miserable Chicago Bears.

The Bolts are hoping to reach a .500 record against the New York Jets, winners of three straight. It's a game that could hold significant playoff implications. And still, the Bolts have the cards to their own destiny as we approach Week 9. This team, no matter how frustrating they may be, can still dictate how this season will end for them with plenty of football on the horizon.

A team this talented shouldn't be struggling like how often they do; it's bizarre at times. However, you wouldn't have known if you watched them against the Bears on SNF. LA was clicking on all cylinders, especially in the first half.

Luckily for the fans, they got to see an inside look at how the team preps in the fifth episode of the season in their documentary series titled "ALL IN." In this episode, they interview longtime sportscaster Mike Tirico, who offered his review on the Bolts during an epic team video documentary.

"This is a team that has a lot of pieces, and the pieces need to complimentary connect, meaning the offense having a big game, the defense having a big game."

It's easier said than done, that's for sure.

It's odd and bizarre that a team like this can struggle as much as they do. However, in the one game this past Sunday, it materialized for the Bolts. Their defense played up to their capability, forcing two turnovers, and the offense led by Justin Hebert looked as great as it has all season.

Now, the challenge will be to do this week in and week out, and it all starts this Monday in another primetime matchup. We'll be in for a doozy, and hopefully, LA can play a solid 60-minute game.
