"If it ain't broke, then don't try to fix it."
It is that old adage that best describes the partnership with LPGA golfer Annika Sorenstam and Callaway golf company. Â Annika, who has been with Callaway her entire golfing career, has agreed to extend her partnership with the golf brand through 2016. Â Under the partnership, Annika will continue to appear in Callaway advertising campaigns and at customer appreciation events. Â She will also continue to wear Callaway headwear and clothing featuring the Callaway logo.
"Annika is a tremendous ambassador for the Callaway Golf brand, both on and off the course," saysÂ Nick Raffaele, VP, Global Sports Marketing, Callaway Golf Company. "She's not only one of the greatest champions in our sport's history, but also an example for all professional athletes as she's devoted the next phase of her career to making a difference and giving back."
Annika, who stepped away from competitive golfing in 2008 has since turned her focus towards her various businesses including the ANNIKA Acacdemy -- a boutique golf school where Annika and her instructors teach golfers about the game and also maintaining physical fitness..

Post-competitive golf career, Annika has also put her time into the ANNIKA foundation, a foundation that teaches children the importance of healthy living, and ANNIKA course design, a course design company.
