Well I think the answer to this question is a simple yes. When you take into account the past 6 seasons, top to bottom the Denver Nuggets have the best team now that they've had in the Carmelo Anthony era. Just look at this stat, if I were to tell you last year that in a first round playoff game against the Hornets Chris Paul had, 21-11 with 5 assists. While Carmelo Anthony went an abysmal 4 for 12 with 13 pts, would you see a Nuggets win? Yeah me neither, and even the most die hard Nuggets fan would have to agree. Granted Melo helped in other areas, grabbing 7 boards to go along with 2 assists and 1 block.
