Fred Couples will get a third chance to be Presidents Cup captain next year, but Greg Norman will be on the outside looking in. Sources close to the Presidents Cup have told Golfweek that Couples will return to lead the US team in the biennial matches and Nick Price of Zimbabwe will captain the International team in 2013 at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio. The announcement is expected Tuesday at Muirfield Village, site of the Memorial Tournament next week. Speculation had centered on Price, 55, being appointed International captain even before the Internationals lost to the United States 19-15 last year in Melbourne, Australia, a second consecutive triumph for Couples' Americans against Norman's Internationals. Price's 50 professional victories include 18 on the PGA Tour, notably two PGA Championships (1992, '94) and an Open Championship (1994).
