Tianlang Guan makes cut at age 14
What do Martin Laird, Mike Weir, Padraig Harrington, Hunter Mahan, and Ben Curtis have in common? Didn’t make the Masters cut of +4. However, 14-year old Chinese Tianlan Guan did, overcoming a curious penalty for slow play. Guan becomes the youngest golfer to make the Masters cut, and will certainly be a fan and media favorite over the weekend, and deservedly so.
