We continue our fantasy baseball team previews, taking a look at what 2008 holds for the Washington Nationals, highlighting key offseason moves, projected starters, players to draft/avoid and sleepers.
Nice write up. Do you think Dukes is really going to get playing time over Pena? Boston split Pena's at bats, but I was hoping he would have a full time shot in Washington.
Thanks. I think these two will split time as it appears Milledge and Kearns are locked in to their OF spots for the time being. Pena may get the edge in playing time early on, but Dukes should get his starts. However, if Kearns is traded at some point this season, then Dukes and Pena become the Nats corner outfield starters.
Interesting. I never really thought about Kearns on the trading block. If the new park can boost his value in the early going and he gets moved, that would be much better situation for everybody.
