In Defense of the Braves Leaving Bryce Elder in to Pitch Eighth Inning

The Atlanta Braves took a tough loss on Saturday night at the hands of the Boston Red Sox. They watched a late 2-1 lead wiped away by a go-ahead two-run home run by first baseman Willson Contreras.  Braves starting pitcher Bryce Elder was left in to complete eight innings despite the double and home run that unfolded.
