The Cardinals extended the contracts of relievers Ryan Franklin and Trever Miller, according to Bernie Miklasz of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch (via Twitter). Franklin's deal runs through 2011, while Miller's is through 2010 with a vesting option for '11.
