And since I wrote that blog questioning whether or not we as fans felt that Jacoby Ellsbury was worthy of leading off, he has gone on an absolute tear. Seriously, a tear. A .439/500/.659 line. Five extra base hits in the nine total games. I know it's a very small sample, but it is great to know Jacoby is reading Fire Brand :)I am still skeptical, for I know he isn't this good (no one is). ...
