The Detroit Lions can't seem to turn their franchise around...ever.Matt Millen has raised expectations over the past couple of years and they just haven't met them, at all. With a new QB, Jon Kitna, the result is still the same, lots of INT's and not many wins. Maybe Joey Harrington was just in the wrong system, because Kitna was successful with the Bengals and now can't pass. The Lions find ways to lose, when you're supposed to find ways to win. At least they won't draft another WR in the next draft!
