Ryan Braun and Prince Fielder will be making their second-career all-star appearances next week in St. Louis. Braun won the vote among National League outfielders and Fielder finished second among first basemen:

Ryan Braun not only made the starting outfield for the National League all-star team, he was the top vote-getter, surpassing Philly's Raul Ibanez. First Baseman Prince Fielder was also named to the team by National League manager Charlie Manuel. Pitchers Trevor Hoffman and Yovani Gallardo were left off the team.

Former champion Ryan Howard, Albert Pujols, Prince Fielder and Adrian Gonzalez will represent the National League in the All-Star home run derby next week.
The four sluggers are the NL's first basemen for the game July 14 at St. Louis. The home run derby will be held Monday night at Busch Stadium.
