Hart undergoes emergency appendectomy, Hall recalled, Patterson not actually signed (yet) Corey Hart underwent an appendectomy today and will be placed on the DL. Bill Hall is being recalled to take his spot on the roster. Meanwhile, the team is saying they have yet to actually sign Corey Patterson to a minor league deal, but expect him to sign soon.
