Well, if he's not careful, he could find himself being BJ Upton somewhere else. The Rays have already traded away a clubhouse menace in Delmon Young, and I don't think they would hesitate to do it again if they had to. (Even if I wouldn't have done the deal myself...)

The Mets received very bad news today after Billy Wagner's simulated inning, Billy's forearm is fine but his elbow is now sore. Wagner will not be coming off the DL on Monday and is heading back to NY to have the elbow examined.
