It has become something of a tradition in Twins Territory, a 163rd game to determine the American League Central division title.
A year ago, Minnesota traveled to Comiskey and lost a 1-0 heart-breaker to the White Sox in a one-game playoff, but this year, the Twins play host to the Detroit Tigers in what may be the final game ever played under the Teflon Confines.
The Twins split their four-game series with the Bengals at Comerica, returned home to sweep the Kansas City Royals to force this final game, and will send Scott Baker to the mound (15-9, 4.36), seeking his 13th win since June 4.
