The 35 y/o right handed outfielder is a lifetime .277 hitter with over 300 homeruns and 1,000 RBIs. Dye has been a gold glover, silver slugger, World Series MVP and an All-star. Dye has a 12MM mutual option for next year that many believe won't be picked up unless it's as part of a trade, more then likely the veteran will get a 1MM buy out and be looking for a new team.
