Manny Delcarmen spoke with reporters about his afternoon car accident, he luckily avoided a major injury: "I’m happy I was in the Hummer and not in my wife’s car, which is smaller, a Nissan Murano. My door came in, my windshield shattered, and my front left tire was gone. A little scary. I thought I was in a movie at first. When I knew I was OK, I felt like I was in a movie. My back was a little banged up, a little stiff neck but no biggie.” Delcarmen did not pitch in tonight's game.
