Citizens Bank Park had to add extra security in the outfield for last night's game 4 thanks to a retards throwing coins at Melky Cabrera and Nick Swisher. Mark Feinsand has more:

Bonnie Clark, the Phillies' vice president of communications, said in an e-mail message Sunday that the Phillies were advised by umpires and Yankees security during Game 3 that fans were throwing coins at the outfielders.

"We're not messing with them, just having some fun," Swisher said. "There's no malicious intent to any of that; you just get caught up in the moment. You hear them talking so many bad things about them, so when you get a chance, you want to get them back. That's the only way you can."

"That will really hurt; it's one thing to throw a paper airplane, but things like coins or bottles can be dangerous," Girardi said. "It's not funny. We have addressed it."

Hmm classy. Real classy.
