This report has been mentioned before but Gammons brought it up again on Wednesday night.

The Brewers announced today that they have fired manager Ned Yost and are replacing him with Dave Sveum, the Brewers third base coach. This comes just one day after being swept by the Phillies and losing seven of the last eight.They are currently 7.5 games out of the division and tied for the wild card.
