Nine innings were not enough for the Brewers and Dodgers to settle their differences—even if the 13-run differential says otherwise—so Prince Fielder led his Crew through the bowels of Dodger Stadium on a hunt for Guillermo Mota's head. Mota was ejected last night after plunking Fielder with one out left in the ninth inning of a 17-4 Dodger blowout. Fielder didn't take kindly to this provocation and was quite vocal about it on the field. However, he felt that he did not completely and accurately make his feelings known, so after the game was over, Prince attempted to storm the Dodger clubhouse. He got the door partially open before security and some of his teammates eventually corralled him and sent him back to his corner. This is why we need more security cameras in baseball stadiums. Not to prevent crime, but so we can laugh at baseball players when they try to turn postgames into a scene from The Warriors. (LAist's detailed diagram is nice, but doesn't...

Boo Hoo Waaaaaa Cecil, with all that fat I am sure he never felt anything. The plunking was payback for a Dodger being hit and that's how the game is played, shut up Fielder and go have some more fried foods lard butt.

I agree, this is Baseball 101. Seems like drama boy woulda' went after Mota after he got hit, not after the game when he had to know that there was never gonna' be a way for him to enter the club house. This just screams "hey, look at me! See how tough I am"........Great job at the home run derby, by the way!
-
And he is lucky he did not make it intoo the clubhouse or there would have been 25 guys wooping his big dumb ass.
-
ya got tagged. he didn't pitch at your head. mighta been a blowout, but that's baseball. don't be a diva about it.
-
Yeah it really shows what kind of guy he is. Not sure if you saw on espn the actual confrontation outside of the Dodgers clubhouse but he swore 23 times and he kept saying how he was going to punch him in the head, and he wont be playing tomorrow when he gets in there. This guy is not a baseball player, hes more fit for the NBA or the NFL. MLB players dont act like this.

He is also built like the Pillsbury Dough Boy, his old man was in better shape than he is.

Haha, giantsrepeat is right about that!

This Isn't Funny Anymore
For a while, it was actually entertaining to watch Jason Schmidt attempt to get major league hitters out with a combination of smoke and mirrors, but the novelty is beginning to lose its edge for me. At first, it was like watching Prince Fielder run or Adam Dunn play defense, but i'm almost embarrassed for him at this point.Note: I would watch a 30 minute game show that consisted...
