Congratulations to El Gato Del Crimen Carlos Pena, who the last two nights in deepest darkest Canada became the fastest Devil Ray ever to 35, 36, and 37 home runs.
El Gato’s 37 home runs lead the American League and already are the second-highest single-season total in Devil Ray history, behind only his own historic 2007 campaign. In ‘07, El Gato home run #35 came on September 3; #36 and #37 came on September 5.
