Tomo Ohka made the last start of Eric Wedge's career as manager of the Indians on a pleasant Sunday afternoon at Fenway Park. In a season that can't be forgotten fast enough, Ohka and Wedge seemed like a perfect match for the last game of the year.

Several other tidbits that came out today in reference to management...The two GMs who lost their jobs this week received phone calls to see if they'd be interested in a position within the organization. This isn't the first time that this has happened, Wayne Krivsky was hired as a special consultant after being let go by the Reds but he only finished out the year with the Mets....
