Another EAGLES WR option?

I agree with gunna... He's been around and theres a reason as to why the chargers went out and traded for Chambers instead of putting this guy on the field. He did get to play wr in the pro bowl and had two passes thrown his way and dropped one and the other was intercepted and he didnt even try to catch that one.
