Dan Wheeler is not only my favorite Devil Ray ever from the great state of Rhode Island and the 93rd greatest Devil Ray ever, he’s also the premier setup man in the sport.  That’s why it was disappointing Saturday night to hear the Fox Sports Kansas City announcers mocking Wheeler’s mound routine in the middle game of a three-game Devil Rays sweep in KC.
