Sometimes It's Best to Leave it Alone

Mr. Hancock, I'm sorry your son passed away too early, but try not to seek blame and hurt other people because of your sons mistake. He made the mistake, he drove drunk, he talked on the phone while drunk driving, and he hit a parked car. It sucks, but bringing other people down in the process won't help to bring your son back.

Well put.

Mr Hancock is lucky his son didn't kill anyone while he was driving drunk. He'd have a law suit on his hands if that happened. He still should be sued, by the tow truck driver and the guy whose car was being towed (a counter suit). Their lives were in put in danger by Mr Hancock's son.

Its a tragic situation but you can't go looking to blame other for your sons actions.

I think his bitterness is unjust. He should never blame others when his son was the only one responsible for the accident and the alcohol and other substances in his body.
