McNamee is threatening a suit of Clemens if the former Cy Younger out-n-out denies that McNamee shot him up with performance-enhancing drugs and defames the trainer for his statements in the Mitchell Report.

Roger Clemens, Andy Pettitte, and former trainer Brian McNamee were asked Friday by Congress if they would testify in front of a congressional committee to find out more information about the Mitchell Report. Kirk Radomski and Chuck Knoblauch were also invited. The hearing will be held January 16th.
