Jarrod Washburn's sore knee (the left one, not the right) is giving him enough trouble to miss a start, after all.  After discussing the situation with Jim Leyland, the team has decided to skip Washburn's next turn in the starting rotation.  Armando Galarraga, who's eligible to rejoin the team this weekend, will fill in Saturday at Tampa Bay.  (He was originally scheduled to pitch a rehab start for Toledo on Friday.)  Washburn will now be pushed back to pi...
