Drew Stanton, A Second-Round Steal?

Not only are the Lions getting a tough player who has battled back from a torn right knee ligament, a separated right shoulder and a severe concussion, but they're getting a quarterback who has a rocket for an arm, can throw on the run and give defenses fits.

I agree that they did get a good QB in Stanton. But what I liked more was the way they drafted, not only did they get a QB with a good arm and lots of potential, they give the biggest target offered in this year's draft, Calvin Johnson. With Jon Kitna at the helm this year Stanton should be ready by the following year, at the least.
