All the affiliates other than Las Vegas won. Lansing blew a lead in the eighth inning but came back to win in the 13th. Adam Calderone with two home runs and Bobby Bell with seven good innings led New Hampshire to victory. Dunedin won despite Chuck Huggins not having his best start. Mike McDade led the hitters with four hits including a home run. Iowa 8 Las Vegas 4Jarrett Hoffpauir led off the bottom of first inning with a home run. That held up until the third when Iowa scored five runs off starter Marty McLeary. The defense didn't help McLeary, two errors in the inning made only one of the five runs earned. McLeary gave up another run in the fourth and one more in the fifth.JP Arencibia homered to lead off the bottom of the fourth to make it a 6-2 game. Las Vegas scored two more in the fifth.
