After winning last night, the Boston Red Sox look to keep the good times going tonight in the second game of a three-game set with the Oakland Athletics at historic Fenway Park.
First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. If you live in the Red Sox television market you can catch the game on NESN. If you live in the Athletics television market, you can catch the game on Comcast Sports Net California. And if you can't catch the game on television, you can always listen on the 2013 Red Sox Radio Network.
Alfredo Aceves makes his third straight start (fifth appearance) of 2013 for the Red Sox. In his previous four appearances (two starts), Aceves is 1-0 with a 6.28 ERA. He made four appearances against the A's in 2012 and was 0-1 with a 6.35 ERA (4 ER/5.2 IP). He's made nine career appearances against them and is 3-1 with a 5.17 ERA.
One time member of the Red Sox, Bartolo Colon makes his fourth start of 2013. In his previous three starts, Colon is 2-0 with a 3.32 ERA. He picked up a no decision in his only start of 2012 against the Red Sox after allowing two runs (one earned) in six innings of work. He's made 26 career appearances (25 starts) against his former club and is 8-11 with a 3.98 ERA. He's made 16 appearances (15 starts) at the Fens and is 6-6 with a 4.02 ERA.
