Looking at major league baseball just before the start of Spring Training:
The National League East has strong Philadelphia, the competitive Braves, the improved Marlins, the upcoming and improved Nationals, and the poor Mets.
The NL Central lost Pujols and Fielder and there does not appear to be a super strong team in the division.
