Mike Trout is incredibly fast

Mike Trout's speed was the thing of legends while he was in the minor leagues.  We would only hear tales about him blazing along the basepaths, like the time he scored from first base on a routine single.  But in his abbreviated time in the majors, Trout had yet to really put his wheels on full display, until last night when he laid down a bunt and ran to first in 3.53 seconds...

Breaking News: Angels and Rangers Trade Can’t Get To The Finish Line

By Steve Haston - AngelsWin.com Satire Writer Anaheim, CA - In a time where division rivals are highly unlikely to do trade business with each other, the Texas Rangers made a strong push to take Vernon Wells off of the Angels hands. Equally as shocking is the fact that the Angels would have in no way be responsible for the balance of his contract. It has been widely thought...

Meanwhile in Anaheim, Vernon Wells batted in the two-hole

The eyes of the baseball world were on Anaheim tonight watching Jered Weaver throw a no-hitter against the Minnesota Twins. It was an incredible performance and truly amazing to watch. Angels GM trying to solve relievers mystery

As the Angels bullpen bungled away six leads in the first 22 games of the season, Angels general manager Jerry Dipoto had good reason to look back on the winter and wonder what he could have done to forestall the relief issues that are likely to haunt them this season. But the Angels GM says he has no regrets about his decision to make only modest changes in the bullpen, signing...

Why You Need To buy Low On Pujols

It's no secret that the savy manager can make or break his team with the buy low/sell high trade mantra. An extreme example is the trade I've just executed in my 12 team mixed keeper league. I was offered Joey Votto, Roy Halladay and a 3rd round pick in next years draft for Josh Hamilton and my 2nd rounder. This is an extreme example, and I think the planets alligned for...
