Walden, who endured an injury riddled season is feeling a lot better and confident he'll fare much better in 2010, as a starter.Overall it was a disappointing season in Double-A for Walden who struggled with his command, battled injuries, which caused a dip in fastball velocity and a lack of movement on his pitches, and as a result, Walden was knocked around pretty good in the Texas League. In 13 starts, Walden posted a 5.25 ERA and recorded just one win, suffering 5 losses.Be that as it may, the top prospect and fireballer whose fastball once touched 100 MPH on the radar gun, showed glimpses of brilliance in 2009, coming off a dominate campaign in 2008 in which he posted a 2.76 ERA while opposing hitters batted just .213 against him between two levels.
