With the Cardinals in Kansas City for the weekend, we requested our fan hunters to prune through the madness at Kauffman Stadium and find us a #5 PUJOLS Royals jersey.
Sure, the Kansas City’s limited payroll likely precludes them from the Pujols bidding war, but that didn’t stop a Florida Marlins fan from jumping on the bandwagon a few weeks ago. Besides, Pujols has ties to Kansas City and we always encourage Royals fans to envision a brighter future, since they’re so hellbent on living in 1985.
