Forget about Jonathan Papelbon Boston Red Sox fans.

What is up with Jon Lester?
After a masterful 2008 season, the southpaw has given up at least five runs in six of his season total 10 outings.
His best performance was back on April 19 facing Baltimore, pitching seven innings deep, allowing only four hits, no runs, and nine strikeouts.
Last year he was the most consistent pitcher all year (this year the honor goes to Tim Wakefield so far). So seriously, what is the problem here?
Bad karma? I'm hoping that's it. I had a Boston Globe poster of Lester's no-no from May 19 of last year hanging on my wall in front of my desk at work and I took it down fearing it's been bad luck.
Let the countdown commence to his next start.Keeping you posted folks.
