Bailey grounded the Astros on Tuesday
The Reds (75-80) snapped a 4-game losing skid on Tuesday by slipping by the visiting Astros (53-101) 6-4 at Great American Ball Park. Homer Bailey stole the show on the mound, and at the plate, en route to earning his ninth victory of the year.

The Good:
-The Redlegs win a one-run game.
-Bailey. The Texas native allowed just two runs on six hits through seven innings of work. He also showed his team's struggling offense a thing or two at the dish as evidenced by his 3 for 3 peformance.
-Not to be outdone by a pitcher, Jay Bruce sprayed three singles around the yard and drove in two.
-Dave Sappelt and Juan Francisco collected two hits a piece.
