Found October 14, 2009 on The Evil Empire:
Yankees

From Justin Terranova:

Don’t worry about Mark Teixeira getting caught up in the fact the Angels knocked the Yankees out of the postseason in 2002 and 2005. Not only does the Bombers first baseman not care, he doesn’t remember.

“I could not tell you one play of a Yankees-Angels playoff game,” said Teixeira, who was in the minor leagues in 2002 and with the Rangers in 2005.

The Angels' past success against the Yankees doesn't shake up Tex :

“You could have said the same thing about Boston earlier this season,” Teixeira said. “It’s nothing special it’s just that they had our number. They found ways to win when we didn’t.”But he still knows how good of a team they are... I think we all do.

“They are so professional, they just do everything right,” Teixeira said. “They pay attention to the small things in baseball. You are not going to out-slug the opponent every single night, your pitchers aren’t going to throw a shutout every single night, so you have to do the little things right and they do.”

These games are going to have a WS feel to it. Both the Yankees and Angels have such gritty players and don't ever give up until the last out is recorded. Yankees fans are going to fear the Angels team and the LAA fans are going to be afraid of the Yankees team. Why? because these match ups might be the best in all of baseball.
