Aside from a hot April where Justin Upton hit .298 with 12 home runs, the Upton brothers have been hot garbage in Hotlanta this season, their first with the Braves.  Justin has seen his average plummet to .247 overall and he has only hit three home runs since April 27. Brother B.J. has been worse, much much worse.  Through 206 at bats, B.J. is hitting an awful .165 with eight home runs, 16 RBIs and five stolen bases.  He has recently seen his playing time cut in an effort to get his mind right.  Through May, he had been hitting .145 with four home runs and eight RBIs. Tuesday during their game against the Mets, the Uptons’ clown show was on display Tuesday in the outfield.  On a rather harmless pop-up from the Mets’ Omar Quintanilla in the 5th inning, the Brothers Upton seemingly called each other off and ended up in a pretty good collision. I am fairly certain this isn’t what manager Freddi Gonzalez meant when he said they need more hits.
