The Toronto Blue Jays recalled pitcher Brett Cecil from Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday.Cecil was demoted to Triple-A on April 21, after posting a 1-2 record with a 6.86 earned-run average in four starts. He went 8-2 with a 5.26 ERA in 12 starts in Las Vegas after being sent down.The 24-year-old lefty led the Blue Jays with 15 wins last season, while posting only seven losses and a 4.22 ERA.To make room for Cecil Toronto sent pitcher Zach Stewart to Las Vegas. Stewart was 0-1 with a 4.86 ERA in three starts this season.
