Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Yunel Escobar left Saturday's game against the Baltimore Orioles after he was hit by a pitch in the wrist.Escobar appeared to be in considerable pain following the plunking at the hands of Orioles starter Rick VandenHurk.Escobar left immediately and was replaced by pinch-runner Mike McCoy, who took over at shortstop the following half-inning.The 28-year-old is hitting .290 with 11 home runs and 48 RBIs in 513 at-bats on the season.
